Attorney Recruiting & Sourcing Specialist
Job Description
Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is hiring a self-motivated Attorney Recruiting & Sourcing Specialist to support full life-cycle attorney recruiting and proactive, strategic outreach in a hybrid role in Atlanta.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative attorney sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates
- Proactively engage candidates through personalized outreach to build meaningful connections and long-term relationships
- Conduct direct outreach using methods such as personalized calls and LinkedIn messaging (and other innovative channels)
- Perform market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive insights
- Create compelling outreach campaigns that position the firm as a destination for top legal talent
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding
- Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate profiles, and ensure timely feedback
- Support a smooth onboarding experience, including orientation and integration planning
- Maintain applicant tracking system hygiene
- Track key recruiting metrics such as hire conversion, time to hire, and offer acceptance rate
- Support on-campus interview (OCI) programs and law school engagement initiatives
- Organize and attend networking events, career fairs, and receptions to strengthen firm brand presence
- Assist with summer associate programs, including work assignments, evaluations, and feedback sessions
- Track and report on outreach efforts, candidate pipelines, and program success metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- At least 5 years of attorney recruiting experience
- Prior experience with a staffing agency or legal search firm is ideal
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Basic administrative and office skills

Compensation
- $70,000 - $95,000 per year
- Offers are contingent on factors including geographic location, experience, internal equity, market data, and job-related considerations
Hybrid Work Location
- Atlanta, GA (hybrid)
- On-site presence required 3 days per week
