Responsibilities
- Develop and actively execute sourcing strategies to attract and hire top technical talent.
- Provide strategic guidance and serve as an advisor to business leaders on Legal and Public Policy Recruiting by delivering measurable results.
- Partner with business stakeholders across the organization.
- Conduct market research and leverage data to build talent insights and inform hiring strategies.
- Propose ideas and approaches related to recruitment that support the company's long-range growth.
- Implement and refine recruiting processes to contribute to Amazon's mission of delivering the highest quality results to customers.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience.
- Lead or participate in projects focused on improving candidate generation best practices.

We are looking for a Sourcing Recruiter who can thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment. The person in this role must be able to work independently, take a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to use your sourcing skills to research Legal talent populations and network with passive candidates. You will collaborate with the business to create robust sourcing strategies to find and attract the best and brightest. You will manage candidates through their recruitment process end-to-end and will interact with several stakeholders and customers.
