Job Description

The BCBA Sales Recruiter role at Action Behavior Centers is a remote, full-time position focused on attracting and securing clinical talent across ABC. The role carries a salary range of USD 60,000 to 75,000 per year and includes travel of approximately 15%. A mid-level recruiting background and collaboration with leadership are essential to manage the attraction process effectively.

Role Overview

This position centers on identifying, engaging, and hiring clinical professionals across ABC. The role requires coordinating recruitment activities remotely, with periodic travel, and partnering with leadership to align hiring needs with market opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full talent-attraction lifecycle, from sourcing qualified clinicians to presenting competitive offers.
  • Provide strategic input to shape hiring solutions that fit ABC needs while aligning with market dynamics.
  • Build trust-based relationships with candidates, thoroughly understanding their requirements and concerns.
  • Identify and attract qualified clinical talent, including Behavior Analysts in Training.
  • Evaluate recruitment effectiveness through progress reports, status updates, and market-trend presentations delivered to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience partnering with executives and hiring managers across the recruitment cycle.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems, design creative recruiting strategies, and deliver impact as a talent leader.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with resilience and grit to complete tasks.
