Job Description
This bilingual Electrical Trades Recruiter role focuses on driving full-cycle recruitment for electrical trades professionals, building a diverse candidate pipeline across multiple channels while ensuring HR compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complete recruitment lifecycle for electrical trades roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using social media recruiting, HRIS, LinkedIn, and additional channels to attract high-quality candidates.
- Lead external recruitment activities such as campus outreach, cold calling, lead generation, and networking events to broaden the candidate pool.
- Ensure ongoing adherence to HR legal requirements throughout the hiring process, including employment and labor law and talent-management compliance.
- Apply negotiation expertise to present offers and finalize employment contracts aligned with company policies and candidate expectations.
Requirements
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting within technical or trades industries, with preference for high-volume recruitment experience.
- Strong expertise in recruiting for electrical trades roles, with familiarity of industry-specific certifications and standards.
- Excellent bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, employee relations, contracts, evaluations, and onboarding.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while building strong cross-team relationships.
- Experience with cold calling, candidate sourcing research techniques, and leveraging social media recruiting to generate leads.
