InergroupInsourcingSolutions is hiring immediately for a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter in Mesa, AZ. This onsite role supports high-volume recruiting by sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding so qualified candidates can be matched to staffing opportunities.

Role Overview

The Bilingual Staffing Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruiting support, including outreach to build candidate pipelines, evaluation of applicants for open roles, and completion of onboarding tasks such as paperwork, background checks, and reference checks.

Key Responsibilities

• Source top talent through multiple channels including social media, on-site activities, cold calling and texting, internet job boards, and employee referrals
• Place outbound phone calls to follow up with applicants and potential candidates
• Prescreen candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and fit for specific job openings
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate experience, personality, and cultural fit
• Manage the full onboarding process, including required paperwork, background checks, and reference checks
• Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for a range of roles
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs
• Support job posting and advertisement creation to attract qualified applicants
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in an applicant tracking system
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual with the ability to communicate in English and Spanish
• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or a similar role
• Comfort with making a high volume of outbound phone calls
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: USD 50,000 to 60,000 per year
