Job Description

Capgemini Invent seeks a Campus Recruiter to oversee full-cycle campus recruitment for internship and entry-level programs across North America, with a focus on university partnerships, events, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. This on-site role is based in Atlanta, GA, offering a yearly salary between USD 86,000 and 110,000.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end campus recruiting for internship and entry-level programs across North America.
  • Build and sustain relationships with university career centers, student organizations, campus ambassadors, and other key talent pipelines.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and craft campus recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead recruiting activities at assigned schools and programs, including information sessions, networking events, career fairs, case competitions, and virtual engagement.
  • Identify, engage, and assess high-potential candidates, guiding them through the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and campus stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for all participants.
  • Conduct screening conversations and provide recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Manage offer extensions, candidate engagement, and pre-hire activities to maximize acceptance and conversion rates.
  • Monitor recruiting activity, pipelines, and outcomes; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Partner with recruiting operations and broader Talent Acquisition teams to optimize processes and candidate experience, driving operational excellence.
  • Support diversity recruiting initiatives and employer branding efforts to strengthen Capgemini Invent's campus presence.
  • Mentor and coach junior recruiting coordinators or campus recruiting support staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, HR, or related fields.
  • Proven track record managing recruiting programs, candidate pipelines, and hiring processes from attraction through offer.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders to support talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates, universities, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience organizing and executing recruiting events such as career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and campus presentations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and using data to inform decisions and stakeholder discussions.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting technologies, and Microsoft Office applications.
