Job Description

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Hybrid Coordinator, Human Resources to support the HR Generalist team in Madison, Wisconsin. This role focuses on coordinating HR operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate records to deliver dependable associate services within a hybrid work environment.

Overview

Location: Madison, WI — hybrid work arrangement with 2-3 days in the office. Compensation: $23-$28 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Offer routine support to the HR Generalist team, upholding regulatory compliance and internal policies.
  • Coordinate new hire documentation, intake workflows, and sourcing assistance while acting as the initial contact for associate inquiries.
  • Track and maintain team dashboards for LOA, ADA, onboarding, and performance concerns to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
  • Manage associate relations inboxes by routing tasks, answering inquiries, and collaborating with HR Generalists as required.
  • Keep HR records and files secure and organized.
  • Support office logistics, including handling keys, security fobs, and photo IDs as needed.
  • Coordinate recognition initiatives, arranging flowers and gifts when appropriate.
  • Verify licenses and certifications for associates via third-party providers on a monthly and annually basis.
  • Schedule LOA and ADA review meetings and other HR-related sessions.
  • Assist in updating and distributing HR documents such as handbooks, policies, procedures, and confidentiality agreements, ensuring posting to designated sites.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • An associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of HR professional experience.
  • Hybrid position in Madison, WI, with 2-3 days in-office.
  • One year of associate relations experience is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating team workflows, tracking tasks, and providing project support is preferred.
  • Understanding of leave of absence program management and ADA administration per federal and state laws is preferred.
  • General knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits administration, and EEO/AAP compliance is preferred.
  • Commitment to participating in and supporting compliance program objectives.
  • Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.
