Job Description
TQL is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting across IT, Finance & Accounting and professional corporate functions in Nashville.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for IT, Finance & Accounting and corporate professional roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to capture business needs, role requirements and talent market dynamics.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing plans using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
- Screen candidates via phone interviews, conduct structured interviews, and administer assessments.
- Advise hiring managers on interview practices, compensation alignment and hiring decisions.
- Manage candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding.
- Track recruiting activity, pipeline health and outcomes in Avature.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a trusted business partner.
- Excellent communication, organization and follow-through.
- Comfort working in a 100% in-office, performance-driven environment.
