Corporate Recruiter
Job Description
A Corporate Recruiter based in Overland Park, Kansas (onsite), handles full-cycle recruitment across all departments and levels, leveraging advanced sourcing to identify, engage, and attract top talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across the organization, including corporate, operational, professional, technical, and leadership positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization’s culture, values, and employment opportunities.
- Provide a professional, timely, and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and hiring outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and keep recruiting documentation up to date.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS to reflect current status and progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience with demonstrated success recruiting for multiple job functions and levels.
- Proven experience proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and advanced sourcing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit passive candidates and build robust talent pipelines.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to influence and build credibility with hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Agency and/or corporate recruiting experience supporting a multi-site or nationwide workforce.
- Experience recruiting for positions located throughout the nation.
- Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance, and OFCCP requirements.
