Corporate Recruiter

Eastern Lift Truck Co. is hiring a Corporate Recruiter to help drive full-cycle recruiting across the organization. In this onsite role in York, PA, you will support high-volume hiring by partnering with hiring managers, screening candidates, and managing each step of the recruiting process through an ATS.

You will own key recruiting activities, from intake and resume review through interview coordination, offer communications, and candidate documentation, while maintaining confidentiality and helping shape recruiting plans that match business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow the job requisition process from job posting through candidate selection
• Screen and vet resumes, and conduct candidate conversations
• Perform prequalification phone screenings and assess applicants for fit
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
• Provide verbal offers and issue offer letters
• Complete and submit candidate writeups
• Track candidates and manage candidate profiles through the ATS portal (Dayforce)
• Assist with onboarding-related duties as needed
• Develop recruiting plans in collaboration with hiring managers across the organization
• Handle other talent-related and administrative duties

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5+ years of recruiting experience required
• Staffing agency experience is a plus
• Experience using an ATS
• College degree in Human Resources or related field
• Professional presence with the ability to maintain confidentiality

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary: USD 65,000 - 75,000 per year
• Compensation is BOE
