Direct Sales Recruiter

NTY Windows is hiring a Direct Sales Recruiter in Washington, UT (onsite) to run interviews, evaluate door-to-door sales fit, and support building the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Guide candidates through the interview process and support informed hiring decisions with the team
• Conduct 6 to 10 Zoom interviews each day
• Assess communication skills, resilience, coachability, and readiness for door-to-door sales
• Ask follow-up questions to uncover real experience and motivation
• Maintain accurate candidate notes and statuses in the applicant tracking system
• Follow up with candidates by phone, text, and email
• Provide clear expectations and next steps to candidates
• Collaborate with the team on hiring priorities and help keep the process moving

Requirements

• Experience in door-to-door sales, recruiting, or both
• Confidence leading interviews and asking direct, thoughtful questions
• Strong organization and consistent follow-through
• Good judgment and willingness to learn
• A sense of responsibility for work quality and results

Salary & Earning Potential

USD 45,000 - 80,000 per year

• First-year recruiters: $45,000–$65,000 (base pay + performance bonuses)
• Experienced recruiters: $55,000–$80,000 (base pay + performance bonuses)
