Director of Growth & Recruiting
Job Description
Executive leadership role responsible for driving growth, recruiting, coaching, and culture at the Fort Wayne market center of Keller Williams Realty Group.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all recruiting initiatives and strategic growth efforts
- Develop and sustain a healthy recruiting pipeline
- Conduct recruiting appointments, consultations, and conversion discussions
- Attract top producers, teams, and growth-minded talent
- Expand Fort Wayne market share opportunities
- Increase visibility of the Keller Williams Realty Group brand
- Monitor recruiting conversion ratios, appointment counts, and ROI
- Implement productivity and accountability systems
- Collaborate with productivity coaches to raise performance
- Support business planning discussions and agent growth conversations
- Increase participation and engagement in coaching programs
- Monitor cappers, half-cappers, and production trends
- Develop scalable productivity initiatives
- Lead retention-focused conversations and touchpoints
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and gather agent feedback
- Identify at-risk agents and craft action plans
- Champion Keller Williams culture and collaborative environment
- Help strengthen community, accountability, and engagement within the market center
- Collaborate with the Operating Principal on market center growth strategy
- Work with the Director of Operations on dashboards and KPIs
- Participate in executive meetings, ALC, and investor discussions
- Lead strategic initiatives tied to recruiting, productivity, and culture
- Improve systems and overall organizational effectiveness
- Contribute to profitability through agent growth and increased production
- Monitor company dollar contribution
- Support revenue opportunities anchored in retention
- Review scorecards and performance dashboards
- Assist with quarterly forecasting and planning
Requirements
- Proven leadership and growth experience in recruiting, sales, or brokerage development
- Strong business development and relationship-building capabilities
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Ability to lead through accountability and influence

Compensation
- USD 150,000 - 400,000 per year
