Driver Recruiter

Onsite Driver Recruiter role in Troy, MO supporting Coastal Carriers Truck Lines LLC by managing the end-to-end hiring process for qualified CDL drivers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, and hire qualified CDL drivers
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective drivers via phone, email, job boards, referrals, social media, and recruiting events
• Provide customer service throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Coordinate scheduling and completion of key steps including interviews, background checks, DOT requirements, drug screenings, orientation, and onboarding
• Partner with Operations, Safety, and Human Resources to meet hiring goals
• Maintain accurate recruiting records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Create and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract top driving talent

Requirements

• 1+ year of relevant experience
• Recruiting experience preferred; transportation or CDL driver recruiting experience is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ATS preferred
