Entry Level Recruiter

GPac is hiring an entry-level recruiter for an onsite role in Grand Forks, ND. This commission-driven position centers on candidate sourcing, relationship building, and supporting successful placements, with training and ongoing coaching provided to help you build momentum.

Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $150,000 per year, with an additional earning opportunity based on production. The organization also emphasizes structured support, tools, and continuous guidance to help you meet individual earnings goals.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to help fill urgent position(s)
• Connect clients with qualified candidates to drive placements
• Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently
• Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews
• Assist with negotiation of job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

What you bring

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfort establishing relationships over the phone
• Commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred but not required
• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements

Compensation

• $45k to $150k per year
• Commission-driven opportunity to earn between 30% and 75% of your production
