Recruiter

Goodwin Recruiting partners run independent, self-employed recruiting practices using Goodwin’s platform on a 100% commission model. This contract role is based in Boston, MA (onsite) and does not require prior recruiting experience, as Goodwin provides the tools, training, and infrastructure to support your practice.

Role Overview

As a Recruiter partner, you operate your recruiting practice while Goodwin supplies key resources and operational support. Compensation is commission-based with earnings of roughly half of what you bill. The program is designed for relationship-driven professionals who want to build and manage their own business through ongoing client and candidate relationships.

Partner Business Details
