Job Description
Based in Spring, TX (onsite), ExxonMobil seeks an Experienced Recruiter to partner with Hiring Managers, drive hiring strategies, manage end-to-end recruitment, and build global talent pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and candidate profiles; lead intake meetings and validate requisitions.
- Align sourcing plans with business goals and collaborate with sourcing teams to build strong talent pipelines.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and delivery of high-quality shortlists.
- Provide market insights (e.g., talent trends, compensation benchmarks) to inform hiring decisions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and manage relationships through offers and negotiations.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS data integrity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resoures, Business Administration or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience across a variety of industries and functions
- Experienced and comfortable sourcing independently and creatively (i.e. beyond LinkedIn)
- Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful and solution-oriented
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize
- A positive attitude with dedication to problem solving and delivery
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- P assionate about people and a natural instinct to help others, go above and beyond, and think ahead
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback

About you
