The Facility Human Resource Manager role supports end-to-end people operations at Rose Lane Health and Rehab in Massillon, OH (onsite).

Oversee facility HR operations, employee relations, and policy administration.
Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including hiring and onboarding.
Ensure new hire compliance requirements are met during onboarding.
Maintain employee records and support regulatory compliance obligations.
Provide support for benefits administration, leave administration, workers' compensation, and accommodations.
Promote employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture within the facility.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Human resources experience in a health care, long-term care, senior living, or similarly regulated environment preferred.
Working knowledge of core HR practices, including employee benefits, leave administration, and ADA accommodation processes.
Working knowledge of Workers’ Compensation, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and employment documentation.
Ability to keep accurate, audit-ready employee records.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
Proficient computer skills with ability to learn HR, payroll, benefits, applicant tracking, and learning-management systems used by the organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated organization, judgment, follow-through, customer service mindset, and discretion.
Ability to work independently while exercising initiative and collaborating with leadership.
Ability to be visible and approachable to employees.
