Join Samsara as a GTM Contract Recruiter in Palo Alto, CA, with remote options. This contract role partners with Samsara's go-to-market teams to build pipelines across Customer Success, Sales Operations, Sales Programs, Renewals, Sales Data Science, and Sales Enablement, owning full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Salary ranges from USD 83,538 to 126,360 per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting for multiple corporate teams, designing strategies to solve problems and build diverse pipelines via sourcing, referrals, research, events, and social channels.
• Identify and engage passive candidates with creative sourcing and help them envision life at Samsara.
• Manage high volumes while delivering a consistently positive candidate experience across multiple requisitions.
• Act as a Talent Advisor, partnering closely with hiring leaders to understand team goals and needs.
• Organize interview debriefs and drive offer approvals, extensions, and negotiations.
• Develop closing strategies for offers and provide candidates with clear information to ease decisions.
• Address and unblock data analysis challenges, extracting and synthesizing actionable insights.
• Identify headwinds and tailwinds in searches and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Build trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and drive initiatives to remove obstacles in a search.
• Advocate for diversity with sourcing programs and inclusive marketing to build strong pipelines.
• Advise on structured interview processes to mitigate unconscious bias and coach leaders in inclusive interviewing and objective feedback.
• Track pipeline data and provide consistent updates to hiring managers with high attention to detail in recruiting tools like Greenhouse.
• Champion Samsara’s culture by modeling and embedding the company principles of focusing on customer success, building for the long term, adopting a growth mindset, being inclusive, and winning as a team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to create, measure, and scale effective workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
• Proven strategic sourcing skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Strong ability to represent Samsara professionally both internally and externally.
• Target-driven, detail-oriented, approachable, and able to elevate others around you.
• Previous tech experience is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to work quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or an equivalent ATS.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
