GTM Recruiter II

Experis is seeking a GTM Recruiter II for the Talent Acquisition team supporting global hiring needs. This 11-month contract role focuses on business development and GTM recruitment, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to source, engage, and advance candidates for complex requisitions.

The position is based in Seattle, WA (fully onsite), with an hourly pay range of $40 to $45/hr, plus benefits. The schedule runs M-F from 8am to 5pm with flexibility, and candidates should be prepared to manage multiple priorities while building sustainable talent pipelines.

What you’ll do

• Use multiple sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, HIRE ATS, and creative outreach, to identify and engage top talent for complex requisitions.
• Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies to increase lead volume, and monitor external talent pipelines and market trends.
• Build and maintain long-term candidate networks, applying best practices for job descriptions and messaging to strengthen candidate experience.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to fulfill requisitions efficiently while juggling multiple priorities.
• Support recruiting programs including referral drives, networking events, and conference engagements to expand the talent pipeline.

What you bring

• 3 to 5 years of technical recruiting experience, with a focus on corporate staffing and executive-level placements.
• Strong command of Boolean search and reporting tools to analyze recruitment metrics; Gen AI fluency is a PLUS.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience building sourcing strategies and using data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, including familiarity with tech roles and related business areas.
