GTM Technical Recruiter

Experis is hiring a Recruiter to strengthen Go-to-Market (GTM) hiring from within the Talent Acquisition team. In this 100% onsite role based in Seattle, WA, you will manage end-to-end recruiting for GTM, Technology, and Solutions Architecture positions while building sustainable talent pipelines.

This position is a strong fit for an experienced corporate recruiter with a technical and GTM background, capable of juggling multiple searches, running sourcing strategy, and meeting service expectations. The hourly pay range is $40–45.

Role scope

• Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM, Technology, and Solutions Architecture hiring needs.
• Support recruiting efforts across business areas tied to GTM, Technology, and Solutions Architecture.
• Leverage multiple sourcing approaches, including LinkedIn, HIRE ATS, and creative outreach strategies, to identify and engage top talent.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to increase lead volume and track external talent pipelines and market trends.
• Build long-term candidate networks and contribute to best practices for job descriptions and messaging.
• Own recruiting programs such as referral drives, networking events, and conference engagement to grow the pipeline.

What you bring

• 5 years of corporate full-cycle recruiting experience in a GTM and technical space.
• Experience managing, prioritizing, and fulfilling multiple job searches within set timelines.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition processes and familiarity with tech roles and relevant business areas.
• Strong organizational ability and skill in building dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a focus on exceptional candidate experiences.
• Ability to set benchmarks, monitor metrics, and achieve SLAs effectively.
