High Volume Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Description
Own end-to-end recruiting execution for high-volume hiring while advising hiring managers with data-driven talent insights.
Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle recruiting for 50+ requisitions, including high-volume and multi-headcount openings, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding
- Maintain quality hiring, hiring velocity, and an exceptional candidate experience across the recruiting lifecycle
- Partner with hiring managers to shape candidate profiles, success criteria, interview processes, and hiring timelines
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders using market insights, talent intelligence, proactive communication, and consultative guidance
- Use recruiting data and performance metrics to spot improvement opportunities and consistently meet hiring goals
- Proactively source and engage candidates using digital, social, referral, and direct sourcing approaches
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring needs; track funnel health, conversion rates, requisition aging, and hiring progress
- Reduce time-to-fill and optimize recruiting outcomes through ongoing pipeline and process monitoring
- Maintain accurate ATS records, candidate documentation, dispositions, and reporting; ensure compliance with recruiting policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and data integrity standards
Requirements
- 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume, field-based, or multi-site environments
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition workload while meeting hiring goals and timelines
- Strong experience sourcing and pipeline building across diverse channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, social media, and networking
- Demonstrated capability to influence and build partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics and market insights to improve outcomes
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with urgency, adaptability, and accountability in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Commitment to delivering a strong candidate and stakeholder experience throughout recruiting

- $65,000/year + bonus and a company vehicle
