Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding efforts by preparing required documents, leading orientations, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Handle recruitment tasks, including posting openings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate communications.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within the HRIS system.
  • Address employee inquiries about HR policies and programs, escalating complex issues to senior HR staff as needed.
  • Assist in planning employee engagement activities, training sessions, and the performance review cycle.
  • Contribute to regulatory compliance by supporting audits and reporting across federal, state, and local laws.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
  • At least one year of experience in an HR support or administrative role.
  • Proficiency with HR information systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
