Job Description

The HR Coordinator role at World View, located onsite in Tucson, AZ, supports daily HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, benefits coordination, and People team activities.

Location and Compensation

Location: Tucson, AZ (onsite).

Salary: USD 60,000 to 70,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation within HRIS platforms.
  • Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate HR processes such as goal cycles, performance evaluations, and staff communications.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communications.
  • Arrange team travel and related logistics.
  • Provide administrative support to leaders and the HR team as needed.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
  • Assist in coordinating training sessions and development initiatives.
  • Support meeting logistics, office events, and internal team activities.
  • Maintain office policies, procedures, and shared resources.
  • Assist with facilities coordination and workspace needs as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in office administration, HR coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Job Description

We seek an HR Coordinator who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative setting and is passionate about people. You will play a key role in delivering core HR processes, helping foster a positive employee experience throughout the lifecycle. From recruiting, onboarding and HR administration to employee support and People team coordination, you will collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to ensure processes run smoothly, employees feel supported, and the People team remains organized and proactive as the company scales. Light office coordination duties will help ensure the workplace operates efficiently.
