Human Resource Coordinator

HomeWell Care Services CA305 is looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to strengthen people operations for our in-home care team in Upland, CA (onsite). This role supports HR processes that help employees feel supported and clients receive dependable care, while you contribute to a nurturing, growth-oriented environment.

In this position, you will help streamline hiring and onboarding, keep records organized and confidential, coordinate training, and assist with employee relations and compliance. If you enjoy building structure behind the scenes and supporting a diverse workforce, this is a meaningful opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Onboard new employees to support a smooth transition into company culture.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
• Support employee relations by responding to inquiries and helping resolve issues.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to inform retention strategies.
• Ensure HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Positive attitude and a passion for supporting a diverse workforce.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role is USD 65,000 - 75,000 per year.
