This Shared Services Human Resources role supports a people-focused approach across the employee lifecycle, combining HR guidance, core operations, and HRIS administration to help managers and supervisors make consistent, compliant decisions.
Work location: Onsite in Medina, OH (Full-time, Monday through Friday during core business hours).

What you’ll do
- Own HRIS performance and accuracy: Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert, overseeing system design, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement across integrated modules while ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with privacy standards.
- Deliver day-to-day HR and total rewards support: Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR systems, payroll, benefits, and total rewards. Provide training and encourage effective use of self-service tools.
- Support reporting and compliance: Develop and deliver HR and payroll reports, assist with compliance and regulatory reporting, and act as backup for payroll processing to support accuracy, reconciliation, and audit readiness.
- Support employee exit processes: Assist with offboarding, providing guidance on employee relations, including investigations and policy application.
- Improve processes and contribute to projects: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and systems, support compliance efforts, and participate in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness.
What you bring
- Education and experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with a 2–4 year range noted.
- Employee relations and performance support: Proven ability to advise and support managers on employee relations, performance management, and workplace issues.
- HR systems aptitude: Hands-on experience with HRIS and ATS platforms (example: Paycor or similar), with strong technical aptitude for system use and optimization.
- Consistency across locations: Demonstrated ability to manage HR operations across multiple locations while ensuring consistent policy application and supporting employee engagement.
