Job Description

Full-time HR Administrator role in Burbank, CA, offering $29-$35 per hour, supporting onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting support, training coordination, and records management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records related to hiring, promotions, transfers, leaves, and terminations
  • Coordinate onboarding and New Employee Orientation programs
  • Support employee training, evaluations, and compliance tracking
  • Administer employee benefit programs
  • Assist with recruiting activities, including job postings, phone screens, interviews, and background checks
  • Maintain HR documents such as organizational charts, handbooks, and job descriptions
  • Support employee relations and respond to employee concerns
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and employment regulations
  • Partner with managers to support continuous improvement initiatives and workforce development
  • Maintain accurate HR and training records within company systems

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent preferred
  • 1–3 years of related HR or administrative experience preferred
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with HR systems preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
