Estrada Ready Mix offers an onsite Human Resources Administrator role in Hutchins, TX with a competitive annual salary of USD 78,000. You will contribute to growth through strategic HR planning, talent acquisition and development, and ensuring regulatory compliance, while focusing on a positive employee experience. This role includes oversight of payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations, within a culture that values collaboration, accountability, and legal compliance.

Overview

In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic HR planning, oversee talent acquisition and development, ensure regulatory compliance, and cultivate a positive employee experience. Your leadership will streamline HR processes and support the organization's growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full cycle recruiting including creating job postings, conducting interviews, selecting candidates, and guiding onboarding.
  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation.
  • Maintain employee files, HR records, and driver qualification files (DQFs).
  • Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws and HR regulatory requirements.
  • Source CDL drivers, manage background checks and drug screening, and oversee driver MVR records.
  • Ensure driver compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
  • Administer compensation and benefits enrollments for health, vision, and dental plans, including periodic review cycles.
  • Align company policies with applicable laws such as FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and FLSA to minimize legal risks.
  • Manage workers compensation and unemployment claims.
  • Handle employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Provide guidance to leadership on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational development.

Requirements

  • Spanish and English language proficiency required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
