Job Description
The Human Resources Analyst, Workforce and HR Systems role (100% onsite) focuses on HR analytics, workforce reporting, and HR systems support to drive data-informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve end-to-end recurring workforce reports, dashboards, and key metrics.
- Analyze workforce data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities, then provide actionable recommendations.
- Own annual and cyclical analytics efforts, including engagement, onboarding, and exit survey reporting.
- Protect data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and partnering with team members to resolve data issues.
- Create clear, compelling data visualizations that effectively communicate insights and findings.
- Act as a functional administrator for HR systems, including Oracle.
- Configure, test, and implement HR system updates, enhancements, integrations, and new functionality.
- Troubleshoot system problems and coordinate resolution with internal and external technical partners.
- Maintain HR system documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures.
- Evaluate HR systems and HR analytics workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement changes to improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement automation, digital tools, and analytics solutions.
- Support change management efforts for new tools, reporting processes, and HR systems enhancements.
- Collaborate with key partners to interpret data needs and deliver meaningful insights.
- Provide training, guidance, and user support for HR system functionality and workforce analytics tools.
- Translate complex data and technical details into understandable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (required).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS (with Oracle experience strongly preferred) and HR analytics.
- Expert or advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, with strong emphasis on Excel.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Oracle) and advanced data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, HR metrics, and HR best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
