Job Description
National Rarities LLC, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, seeks an on site HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business objectives. This role serves as a trusted adviser to leaders on employee relations, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and culture, collaborating closely with the HR team to boost engagement and retention.
Overview
The HR Business Partner works with leaders to translate human capital initiatives into tangible business outcomes. Based in St. Louis, this onsite position provides guidance on employee relations, performance development, organizational effectiveness, and culture, driving initiatives that strengthen engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong partnerships with leaders, acting as a coach and strategic advisor on employee relations, performance management, and career growth.
- Foster a culture characterized by engagement, accountability, and high performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve workplace relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
- Develop and deliver leadership development programs and training initiatives.
- Oversee the annual employee engagement survey, including analysis and feedback sessions.
- Provide guidance on coaching, feedback, compensation practices, and organizational development.
- Assist managers in defining expectations and administering performance management consistently and fairly.
- Identify development trends and propose proactive solutions based on feedback and survey insights.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Support the design and rollout of HR programs and initiatives aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with recruiting to implement effective hiring strategies.
- Handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of HR experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to build credibility and navigate complex conversations.
- Proactive, self-directed, and results-oriented approach.
- Solid organizational and time management capabilities with the ability to prioritize.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace; Paylocity and ATS platforms experience preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
