Human Resources Coordinator

Harmony Utica Ridge is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead HR operations and support facility culture in Davenport, IA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Human Resources department
• Partner with department managers on personnel matters across the facility
• Manage and process facility payroll
• Conduct pre-screening and coordinate on-boarding for all new hires
• Maintain positive employee engagement throughout the organization
• Shape the facility culture to support a high standard of care for residents

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a similar field
• Two (2) years of experience in an HR role; health care experience is preferred
• Five (5) years of prior Human Resources Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• PHR or SPHR certification is preferable
