Human Resources Coordinator II

HR Coordinator II at Elbit America supports preboarding, orientation, interview scheduling, and HR administrative tasks while upholding confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead bi weekly new hire orientation as the site representative, delivering an exceptional first day experience; prepare materials and assist with day-of setup
• Oversee preboarding tasks including background checks, paperwork collection, and consistent communication with new hires
• Schedule candidate interviews, coordinating availability with hiring managers and Talent Advisors
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in HR systems
• Assist with onboarding compliance, ensuring all required steps are completed before start dates
• Support process improvements for orientation, preboarding, and Talent Acquisition administrative workflows
• Maintain employee files, records, and related data
• Conduct exit interviews with departing employees
• Complete a variety of special HR assignments as required

Requirements

• 1-2 years of functional experience in HR administration, HRIS support, or related HR operations
• Strong interpersonal communication skills; proficient PC literacy and familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets
• Strong presentation, organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office preferred
• High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
