Human Resources Employee Relations Supervisor

Supports day-to-day employee relations at the U.S. manufacturing site, addressing employee concerns, investigations, documentation, and collaboration with HR leadership to maintain fair, compliant workplace practices.

Responsibilities

• Receive and address employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues promptly and professionally
• Conduct fact-finding investigations into matters such as harassment, policy violations, attendance, or conduct under HR leadership guidance
• Draft clear, well-documented investigation summaries for review and decision-making
• Provide managers with guidance on corrective actions, performance documentation, and policy interpretation
• Assist in creating documentation for disciplinary actions and terminations
• Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases in line with company policy
• Escalate high-risk or sensitive issues to HR leadership and, when appropriate, Legal
• Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws including FLSA, ADA, Title VII, and OSHA
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help coordinate ER-related training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 3–7 years of HR experience with exposure to employee relations or compliance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role in ER
• Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws
• Experience supporting investigations or handling workplace complaints preferred
• Strong documentation and communication skills
