This role supports talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration in a healthcare environment, with a strong emphasis on compliance and a collaborative culture. The compensation ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, and our benefits package includes 401(k) matching, dental, health, a health savings account, life insurance, paid time off, and vision coverage. A minimum of 2 years of HR experience is required, with an associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive healthcare recruitment by implementing targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
Administer performance management processes, including evaluations, coaching, and development plans, to support ongoing improvement.
Administer benefits programs and manage workers' compensation claims with accuracy and transparency.
Facilitate conflict resolution and employee relations initiatives to maintain a respectful workplace.
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, HR program oversight, and change management initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources; healthcare or service-oriented environments strongly preferred.
Supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to lead HR teams.
Extensive knowledge of employment and labor law, FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and benefits administration.
Strong negotiation skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Familiarity with HR metrics analysis for data collection and process improvement initiatives.
Education: Associate degree preferred; two years in HR experience is also noted.
