Human Resources Generalist
Job Description
Converging Health is seeking a detail oriented Human Resources Generalist to support the full spectrum of HR activities in a hybrid Dallas, TX environment.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment by coordinating campus events, posting roles, and screening applicants.
- Oversee the hiring process, conduct interviews, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
- Create and manage employee training programs to boost performance and productivity.
- Leverage HR software to administer HR processes.
- Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and communicating plan details.
- Support onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth new-hire integration.
- Draft and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures in line with organizational standards.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends and report insights to guide organizational decisions.
- Partner with cross functional teams to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Foster strong relationships with staff, management, and external partners.
- Provide administrative support to management, answering HR inquiries and organizing HR documents.
- Support IT related tasks as needed, including troubleshooting Microsoft Office issues.
- Coordinate with the internal IT team to resolve laptop issues and prepare equipment for new hires.
Requirements
- Experience in HR administration focusing on employee relations, compliance, and benefits.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience using HR software and payroll tools.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Microsoft Office apps, including Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Skilled at interviewing candidates and evaluating qualification and fit.
- Experience in campus recruitment and talent management.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Details

- Salary: USD 65,000 - 70,000 per year
- Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
- Minimum Experience: 1 year
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
