Job Description

Converging Health is seeking a detail oriented Human Resources Generalist to support the full spectrum of HR activities in a hybrid Dallas, TX environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment by coordinating campus events, posting roles, and screening applicants.
  • Oversee the hiring process, conduct interviews, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Create and manage employee training programs to boost performance and productivity.
  • Leverage HR software to administer HR processes.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and communicating plan details.
  • Support onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth new-hire integration.
  • Draft and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures in line with organizational standards.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends and report insights to guide organizational decisions.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with staff, management, and external partners.
  • Provide administrative support to management, answering HR inquiries and organizing HR documents.
  • Support IT related tasks as needed, including troubleshooting Microsoft Office issues.
  • Coordinate with the internal IT team to resolve laptop issues and prepare equipment for new hires.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR administration focusing on employee relations, compliance, and benefits.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience using HR software and payroll tools.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and Microsoft Office apps, including Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Skilled at interviewing candidates and evaluating qualification and fit.
  • Experience in campus recruitment and talent management.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Details

  • Location: Hybrid remote in Dallas, TX 75220
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: USD 65,000 - 70,000 per year
  • Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
  • Minimum Experience: 1 year
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
