As an HR Liaison, you will support the Human Resources team by helping resolve employee issues, guiding policy compliance, coordinating benefits, and handling HR administration.

Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to resolve employee issues.
- Assist employees in complying with company policies.
- Research and respond to employee questions, escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Ensure the company is compliant with internal policies and state and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with Payroll to execute accurate employee paychecks.
- Ensure accurate employee time reporting.
- Maintain compliant employee files, including processing information changes in online HR administration systems.
- Assist in managing FMLA, STD, LTD, and workers' compensation claims.
- Facilitate company hiring activity and the onboarding process.
- Produce offer letters, conduct pre-employment checks and assessments.
- Communicate deadlines to employees to manage their benefits, performance and other annual responsibilities.
- Offboard terminating employees.
- Conduct exit interviews, gather property, and correspond with state unemployment agency as needed.
- Assist HR leaders with managing violations of company policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required, with a concentration in HR or Business Administration preferred.
- 1-2 years of Human Resources experience required.
