Human Resources Manager
Job Description
Strategic HR leadership role with Wurth Electronics ICS, Inc., onsite in Miamisburg, OH, reporting to the CFO.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, compensation, talent development, and succession planning.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on HR topics, including organization design and development.
- Own all talent acquisition activities and hiring processes.
- Drive talent management initiatives, coordinating with specialist functions for recruitment, performance evaluations, career development, and leadership training.
- Assist leadership in identifying high-potential talent and managing succession planning.
- Guide leaders through organizational changes like restructures, mergers, and workforce transitions.
- Oversee change management efforts and ensure effective rollout of new policies, processes, and systems.
- Manage complex employee relations issues in compliance with policies and labor laws.
- Investigate complaints, mediate disputes, and advise on appropriate actions.
- Offer guidance to managers on employee relations, performance concerns, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with the CFO to design and implement compensation and benefits programs.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.
- Work with leadership to build strategies advancing diversity in hiring, development, and retention.
- Leverage HR data and metrics to inform decisions and recommendations.
- Analyze turnover, retention, and engagement trends to develop solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and execute organizational development initiatives that enhance engagement and performance.
- Facilitate team-building activities and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure HR policies comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
- Coordinate with legal, leadership and supervisory teams to mitigate risk and address regulatory issues.
- Recommend updates to HR policies and practices in response to evolving business needs.
- Process payroll.
- Administer, track, and analyze Employee Opinion Surveys.
- Administer benefits plans and open enrollment.
Requirements
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR data analytics tools

Pay
- USD 85,000 - 95,000 per year
