Human Resources Manager
Job Description
The Human Resources Manager at American Aluminum Accessories oversees onsite HR operations in Perry, Florida. This role covers employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, HRIS management, leave administration, recruiting, and payroll, with a focus on delivering a positive employee experience and providing day-to-day guidance across all HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Direct employee relations activities, addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts, interpreting policies, and guiding managers and staff.
- Oversee payroll processing for all staff and ensure data integrity across each payroll cycle.
- Manage full cycle recruiting to meet the organization’s talent requirements.
- Authorize HR system changes such as terminations, new hires, transfers, and other employee updates.
- Coordinate benefits administration tasks, including changes, life events, and open enrollment support.
- Administer and monitor leave programs, including FMLA and short term disability.
- Partner with leaders to coach on performance, conduct, and engagement while promoting consistency and fairness.
- Support onboarding, policy reviews and development, safety, workers’ compensation, and training initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate HR processes for improvements and opportunities for automation.
Requirements
- Typically four to six years of experience in human resources and payroll is preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, HIPAA, and ADA.
- Proven employee relations skills, including conflict resolution, coaching, investigations, and problem solving.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem solving and the ability to take initiative.
- Capacity to exercise sound judgment, prioritize tasks, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Pay
Salary: USD 50,000.00 to 75,000.00 per year.
