Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition efforts, including interviewing candidates to ensure alignment with the organization’s culture and values.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires to support a smooth integration into the team.
• Create and implement HR policies and procedures that align with OSHA standards to promote workplace safety.
• Collect and report HR data while maintaining accurate employee records.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations and advise on employee development initiatives.
• Drive HR process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
• Collaborate with management to address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Stay current with labor laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance across HR practices.
