This Human Resources Manager role is based in Las Vegas, NV (onsite) and serves as the primary HR partner for the Las Vegas operation.

Serve as the primary point of contact for HR matters, including benefits, compensation, training, payroll, and employee relations
Manage performance processes and workplace investigations, recommending corrective action as needed
Lead termination decisions and related HR actions
Maintain a productive working relationship with Las Vegas managers through regular meetings covering morale, performance, and areas for improvement
Review and respond to escalated matters involving risk, urgency, or severity
Oversee HR systems integration, configuration, and administration
Define team priorities and timelines, and manage team performance to achieve HR and business goals
Act as the primary point of contact for the entire Las Vegas operation
Partner with HR operations on onboarding, workers’ compensation, and LOA management
Approve time cards, modify pay rates, implement one-off payments, and ensure bi-weekly payment for salaried and hourly employees
Facilitate new-hire onboarding, including generating offer letters and auditing background checks
Lead HR initiatives and projects

8+ years of experience in an HR leadership position
SHRM-SCP certification
Acute attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and with little direction
Ability to quickly and reasonably prioritize tasks
Strong communication skills for formal and informal interactions with internal and external customers, vendors, and management
Analytical mindset focused on strategy and presenting data
Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency
