Job Description

Luxury Brand Holdings, home to Ross-Simons, offers a hybrid role in Cranston, RI for a Human Resources Specialist focused on Employee Experience & Operations. This position partners with HR leadership to drive operational excellence across core HR functions, including employee records management, benefits administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee engagement. The role serves as a reliable resource for employees, managers, and HR teams while maintaining data integrity and process consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Own the maintenance of employee records in the HRIS (ADP) and personnel files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Handle complex lifecycle changes such as promotions, transfers, and leaves of absence with limited supervision
  • Perform periodic audits of HR data and documentation and proactively resolve discrepancies
  • Propose and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and data integrity
  • Oversee benefits reporting and reconciliation, including monthly invoice audits and discrepancy resolution
  • Collaborate with benefits vendors and internal stakeholders to address escalations and ensure timely resolutions
  • Assist with open enrollment planning and execution, including employee communications and data validation
  • Analyze benefits data and provide insights or recommendations to HR leadership
  • Own the full interview scheduling process, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and smooth logistics
  • Support job postings, candidate tracking, and pre-employment steps (background checks, references, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment coordination processes and improve efficiency
  • Lead onboarding coordination to deliver a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires
  • Oversee onboarding documentation completion and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure readiness (equipment, access, schedules)
  • Continuously improve onboarding processes and materials based on feedback and best practices
  • Plan and execute employee events, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives
  • Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and communications
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the employee experience and organizational culture
  • Serve as a resource for employee inquiries, resolving issues independently and escalating as appropriate
  • Support HR leadership with reporting, analytics, and special projects
  • Assist in developing and documenting HR processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and organizational information

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant HR, administrative, or related experience
  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience supporting benefits administration, recruiting coordination, and onboarding
  • Strong proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Experience with ATS platforms and HR reporting tools preferred
