Job Description
Wisconsin Spice, Inc seeks a Human Resources Supervisor to support day-to-day HR operations in partnership with the HR Manager. This onsite role in Berlin, WI balances hands-on HR execution with process improvement to promote consistent employee support and companywide compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee hours tracking, time and attendance, and payroll administration.
- Administer the company’s designated benefits package, including Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance, STD, LTD, and 401(K).
- Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and benefits enrollment.
- Understand and administer human resource policies and programs.
- Issue employee notices and communications as needed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state labor law requirements.
- Coordinate with outside staffing agencies to source temporary employees based on departmental needs.
- Maintain accurate HR data, personnel files, and reporting dashboards.
- Own full-cycle recruiting and partner with hiring managers.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns, escalating complex matters as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, or a business-related discipline (preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
- SHRM and OSHA certification preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in using Payroll/Time Management systems.
- Experience in timekeeping, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across employees, cross-functional teams, and management.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to treat employees ethically and fairly.

Salary and Location
- Location: Berlin, WI (onsite)
- Compensation: USD 80,000 - 85,000 per year
