IHT Recruiting Manager

This role supports human resources services tied to hiring, placement, discipline, and termination, while helping drive business growth with recruiting trend analysis. Responsibilities

• Use human resources skills to source, hire, and place employees who align with customers’ needs.
• Analyze market trends to inform recruiting methods, staffing trends, and competitive wage information for employee selection.
• Serve as a liaison between the customer and employees, investigating and documenting matters that require intervention.
• Research new business opportunities and identify additional services for current customers.
• Enhance the company’s presence in the external community by building and maintaining relationships with local organizations and community leaders.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of similar experience in staffing, customer service, or human resources.
• Outstanding customer service with strong customer-service orientation.
• Ethical conduct, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong time management and proven organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment.
• Good skills in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
