Internal Recruiter

Full-time onsite Internal Recruiter role at FK Instrument Co, LLC in Clearwater, FL.

Responsibilities

• Recruit across FK Instrument for roles spanning production, quality, engineering, and administrative functions.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and creative outreach methods.
• Review resumes to assess qualifications and cultural alignment.
• Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and sustain strong candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Continuously refine sourcing strategies and explore new recruiting channels.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the interview stage.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support; full-cycle recruiting experience is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate outreach capabilities.
• Comfortable conducting phone screens and evaluating candidates.
• Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
