Job Description
Diversity In Technology is hiring a remote executive recruiter for a 3-month contract to identify and qualify independent legal talent for the CEO.
Key responsibilities
- Direct executive outreach: source high-caliber independent attorneys using state bar directories, professional networks, and legal databases
- Candidate screening: vet prospects using the company’s technical screening framework to confirm fit for cloud-based environments and fixed-term contracting structures
- Pipeline delivery: present 3 fully vetted, qualified attorney candidates directly to the CEO within the 3-month project window
Requirements
- Executive headhunting experience: 5+ years as an executive headhunter with a verified track record of placing high-level legal professionals
- Niche sourcing capability: advanced ability to uncover independent solo practitioners and administrative law litigators in the Hampton Roads, VA metro area
Project focus
- Hunt and secure an independent solo practitioner or contract attorney specializing in Administrative Law and Section 1983 litigation
- Target area: Hampton Roads, VA metro area
Compensation
- Contract pay rate: up to $40 USD per hour
