Recruiter

Epic Physician Staffing offers a hybrid Recruiter role in Hollywood, FL 33029, focused on end-to-end Clinician on Assignment recruitment, candidate experience, redeployment, and onboarding support. The position carries a salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support health, financial security, and professional growth. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team leadership to shape recruiting and sales strategies, align with client needs, and implement approaches to maximize order fill rates.
• Offer input to enhance systems, process flows, and benefits.
• Interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, then submit qualified candidates per guidelines.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle from start to finish.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including start dates and pre-onboarding materials.
• Build and maintain high quality relationships with candidates.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Recommend enhanced recruitment strategies and new approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proactive, energetic, and self-motivated mindset focused on achieving goals.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Locums Tenens recruiting experience (2–5 years) preferred.
• Minimum of two years in sales or staffing.
• Solid understanding of business functions and how services, strategy, policies, and procedures impact the organization.
• Comfort working with role-specific hardware and software applications.
• Ability to work independently, anticipate business needs, and proactively contribute to the team and organization.
• Strong analytical skills, goal setting, action planning, and time management.
