Job Description

Kelly is seeking a Recruiter to support full life cycle recruiting across multiple roles, levels, and geographic markets. The position combines candidate sourcing and screening with accurate records management in ATS and VMS platforms, along with close partnership with hiring managers to support consistent and equitable selection practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct full life cycle recruiting for a range of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
  • Attract, source, and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system, Bullhorn.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Vendor Management System (VMS) including Fieldglass and Beeline.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure the assessment and selection process follows consistent, fair, and equitable practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing capacity.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to build collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
  • Results-driven execution, with focus on tasks, goals, and expectations supported by resilience.
  • Action-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to perform effectively with minimal direction.
  • Experience using ATS and VMS platforms and sourcing tools, including Bullhorn, Workday, Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar tools.
  • Situational adaptability and learning agility to shift work efforts with changing or ambiguous scenarios.
  • Strong communication and listening skills for engagement across diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Location

Compensation

The annual base pay for this position is $51,300 - $68,400. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
