Recruiter

Element2 Group, based in Providence, Rhode Island, is expanding its recruiting team by adding both entry-level and seasoned recruiters who will source active and passive candidates and maintain positive relationships with current employees. The role is well-suited for self-starters with experience recruiting across a variety of industries, and it operates onsite in Providence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit candidates from active and passive markets to fit open roles.
• Build and sustain strong rapport with current employees to support retention and engagement.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume, agency-style recruiting environment or in related fields such as hospitality/restaurant or sales-based positions.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management, employees, and external contacts.
• Capacity to perform in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
