Job Description

This onsite, full-time Recruiter role in Wauwatosa, WI with MYCO offers paid training and career growth, with a salary range of $40,000 to $70,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct telephone interviews with candidates
  • Match applicants with transportation and logistics roles nationwide
  • Create and manage job postings on Indeed and other recruiting platforms
  • Communicate with applicants via phone, text, and email
  • Guide candidates through hiring and onboarding processes
  • Build relationships and keep candidates engaged throughout the process
  • Collaborate with Operations and Management to fulfill hiring needs
  • Track recruiting activity and progress toward hires
  • Contribute to developing new recruiting strategies and advertising ideas

Requirements

  • Friendly, outgoing, and confident on the phone
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and web-based software
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a team
