Recruiter

277 Logistics LLC is looking for a Recruiter to support the growth of its driver recruiting function in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified CDL Class A drivers, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire qualified CDL Class A drivers
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels
• Conduct phone interviews and perform applicant pre-screening
• Guide drivers through the hiring and onboarding process
• Maintain accurate recruiting and driver documentation
• Communicate hiring requirements and company policies to drivers
• Coordinate with safety, dispatch, and management teams
• Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective drivers

Required Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience preferred
• Trucking industry experience highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and online recruiting platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• English required; Russian language skills highly preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Professional communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to build trust with drivers and candidates
