Job Description
PCB Piezotronics, Inc. is hiring a Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across multiple business units, bringing together traditional recruiting practices and AI-enabled tools to attract technical and corporate talent. This onsite role in Depew, NY focuses on sourcing, screening, and candidate experience ownership, while providing reporting and continuous improvement to help meet staffing goals across a multi-state organization.
Role scope
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process, sourcing, screening, and hiring for both non-exempt and exempt positions.
- Meet staffing goals by partnering with the organization’s hiring needs across multiple business units.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post roles to appropriate job boards and within the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, develop recruiting strategies, and deliver status updates through every stage of the recruitment cycle.
Sourcing and talent identification
- Use recruiting tools and platforms to identify candidates via job boards, resume searches, social media, networking, referrals, and job fairs.
- Apply AI tools to streamline research, automate routine tasks, and improve decision-making.
- Build and maintain relationships with sourcing contacts, colleges, and local organizations to find and attract applicants, including participation in community activities to support company recognition.
Candidate screening and coordination
- Evaluate applicants’ knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes for current and future roles against job descriptions.
- Conduct phone screening interviews and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- May participate in additional interviews, collect and document interview feedback, and complete employment reference checks.
- Coordinate with the HR team to support smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
Analytics, continuous improvement, and AI usage
- Participate in cross-functional recruitment continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
- Provide analytical and well-documented reports on open requisition status and hiring metrics.
- Identify hiring barriers and implement plans to resolve them and fill open requisitions.
- Use AI-assisted technologies to support research, drafting, candidate screening, and data analysis, ensuring outputs are reviewed for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Working knowledge of the full cycle recruitment process.
- Ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including diagnosing systemic issues and applying holistic solutions.
- Strong project and process management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using AI tools to streamline research, automate routine tasks, and enhance decision-making.
- As needed travel requirement.

- USD 62,500 - 81,000 per year

Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with a variety of industries and multi-state locations using ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
Physical demands (U.S. only)
- Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; lift and carry up to 10 lbs; talk or hear.
- Occasionally required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision.
- Ability to work in an indoor office environment with low to moderate noise level.

International Traffic in Arms Regulations
This position requires access to “controlled technology” and “technical data” under applicable Export Administration Regulations and International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
